I walked up to my door today and ring randomly played a motion, alert message about it being spring and something else but i have this feature shut off However, i noticed only one of the pins was extended. How do i prevent this from happening

Ring spotlight cam + solar not working, reporting 208% phantom battery I found that there are 2 small spring loaded pins inside the unit that make contact with 2 screw terminal posts on the back casing I have had a spotlight cam + solar panel up for a while (i think installed it last spring)
